Last week ABC4 Utah worked with our partners to collect donations for people in Texas impacted by Hurricane Harvey.
Thanks to the community, we could load two semi-truck trailers with donations which would have never it to Texas without the help of some awesome companies and drivers.
Dany Adams and Cary Bess from Advantage Transportation talk about the experience taking the donations to Beaumont, Texas.
Dany and Cary say they have a lot of friends and family the area ravaged by the hurricane. After hearing how badly the region was affected, Dany felt the urge to get involved in the relief efforts. He and his bosses began searching for ways they could help.
Dany and Cary say the experience was overwhelming and they were shocked to see the destruction the storm caused first hand. To hear more about their experience, watch the video above.
