Kylie Bearse's Pinpoint Forecast Friday
After Friday brought some very bad air to parts of the Wasatch Front - we're finally seeing a little hope. A dry cold front is expected to move through Utah Saturday. Winds won't be extreme, but enough to significantly weaken the inversion trapping pollution along the Wasatch Front. Temperatures will drop a few degrees, but stay right around freezing in the Wasatch Front. There's a slight chance for a few snow showers on Christmas Eve and lingering in the mountains into Wednesday. After the New Year, another inversion will set up in the valleys.
