Where you can catch July 4th fireworks and fun in Utah

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) -Independence Day celebrations are happening all across Utah beginning July 3.
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) - Here's a list of the July 4 celebration across the state.

Homestead Resort to hold old-fashioned 4th of July Party, Midway, Utah
The Homestead Resort will celebrate Independence Day with an old-fashioned 4th of July party for the entire family on July 4 from 5 to 9 p.m.

Freedom Days -Wednesday, July 3 through Friday, July 5, Center Street in Provo
Freedom Days, a three-day event attracting hundreds of thousands of people each year, showcases some of the region's finest specialty products, fun hands-on activities, local entertainment and unique foods. There is something for everyone, including handcrafted jewelry, live music, kids art, books, paintings, quilts and much more. 

Freedom Run -- Thursday, July 4, 7:00 a.m., Kiwanis Park in Provo -- This event has been held in Provo since World War II. More than 6,000 runners will participate in a 10K, 5K or a one mile "Fun Run" through the streets of Provo. Those interested in participating should register at freedomfestival.org.

Park City 4th of July Parade and Celebration
Between the Breakfast in City Park, Cole Sport 5k Mountain Fun Run, and live music there are tons of Independence Day activities in Park City. 

Cries of Freedom & Walk of Freedom/Colonial Fest/Constitution Hall -- Wednesday, July 3 through Saturday, July 6, SCERA Park in Orem -- Cries of Freedom and the Walk of Freedom give guests an idea of what it was like to be an immigrant arriving at Ellis Island and features a musical performance by local actors. Colonial Fest takes guests back in time through living history presentations with artisans and storytellers from America's earliest settlements. Games, food, crafts and a full-size replica of the captain's quarters of the Mayflower make it a memorable holiday experience for families. Constitution Hall is a carnival where children learn about the Founding Fathers and U.S. Constitution through games.

Western Stampede, West Jordan-- The Stampede rides into town July 4, 5, and 6 at 7 pm at the West Jordan Arena. Buy before tomorrow and get $2 off per ticket.

Balloon Fest -- Thursday, July 4 through Saturday, July 6, 6:30 a.m., Bulldog Field in Provo -- More than 25,000 spectators watch two dozen giant hot air balloons take off in the early morning at this favorite annual event, now in its 28th year. Balloon pilots also try and drop bean bags on targets for prizes.

Murray Fun Days 2013  -- Murray Fun Days includes a parade beginning at 8:30 a.m., breakfast from 6:30-10 a.m., entertainment and activities throughout the day and fireworks starting at 10 p.m.

City of St. George Independence Day Fun and Games Extravaganza! Bring the whole family for a fun day in the park. Many activities are free: There will be music, food booths, face painting, cotton candy, watermelon seed spitting contest, cupcake walk, potato sack races, bounce houses, water wars, dunk tank, our famous 100 foot Slip-n-Slide and a few new surprises!

Giant Fireworks Display A spectacular fireworks display will begin at approximately 10:00 pm following the free concert. KONY Radio will broadcast live, during the FREE CONCERT at 8:00 pm and will also provide special musical accompaniment throughout the fireworks display.

The Rad, White & Blue Charity Fun Run July 4 at 7 a.m. Then join the West Jordan Exchange Club as they host a flag raising ceremony at 9:30 a.m. in front of Harbor Freight, 7046 S. Redwood Road. The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. and runs down Redwood Road from 7000 South to 7800 South, where it turns west and finishes at 2200 West.

South Salt Lake Fireworks
July 3, 6-11 p.m. at Granite High School, 3305 S. 500 E.
5K Fun Run July 4, 8 a.m. at Fitts Community Park
Parade July 4, 9:30 a.m., route goes from 2280 S. 300 E. to Fitts Community Park

Eaglewood Golf Course Fireworks, Wednesday, July 3
Local vendors set up around the clubhouse with food and fun. Spectators are invited to come to the golf course starting at 6:00 pm. Live music will begin at 6:30 pm. The aerial military flyover will be at 9:00 pm, with parachuters at 9:15 pm and the fireworks show will begin at 10:00 pm.

Holladay July 4th Festival Holladay's 4th of July Festival starts with a children's parade at 8:30 a.m., followed by breakfast at 9:00 a.m., then fireworks at 10:10 p.m.
