Feeds about 12 for appetizers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 - 1 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1 jar chili sauce
5 oz. crab meat (cooked or imitation)
black olives (optional)
chopped green onions (optional)
Mix cream cheese, hot sauce, and lemon juice until creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on a 12-14 inch plate, leave about 1/2 inch of plate showing.
Spread the chili sauce to about 1/2 inch of the edge of cream cheese.
Flake crab and sprinkle it onto the chili sauce.
Add any additional toppings that will make it look like a pizza.
Serve immediately with crackers, or chill until served.
