- 3 cups Corn Starch
- 2 cups Hot Sauce
Mix well is a deep bowl and set aside. Rinse and dry your chicken well then coat in the batter. Fry the wings in vegetable oil at about 350 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes. The wings will sink at first but will float when they are done.
While the wings are cooking, start on the sauce!Sweet & Spicy Sauce
- 1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 cup Hot Sauce
Mix well in a medium bowl. Pour a small amount of sauce into a medium shallow bowl and then add cooked wings. Toss gently until covered. Serve immediately.
