Perfect Hamburger

Chef Vaughn from Anvil Appliances showed us how to master the perfect hamburger!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of Bear Lake Beef hamburger
  • Ground salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Finely diced onions
  • 1 egg
  • A dash of garlic powder

Directions: 

  1. Mix the hamburger with the ground salt and pepper
  2. Press the hamburger into patties with the Napoleon Burger Press
  3. Cook burger on sear burner quickly so it is seared on the outside and pink in the middle

Final steps:

  1.  Put a dash of garlic powder on the cooked hamburger
  2. Garnish with finely diced onions and egg
