TOSH FIT Program Trainer, McKenzie Evans, joined us today to show how easy it is to get in shape with the TOSH FIT Program.

The TOSH FIT Program is brought to you by the same team that trains elite athletes at TOSH–The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital in Murray. This adult fitness program is designed for people who want to get in shape, lose weight, and improve their overall health.

If you’re busy and don’t want to spend hours in a gym, this is the program for you. Classes are 30 minutes long and start as early as 6 a.m. Classes are small (six people or less) and allow you to get personalized training in a non-gym environment.

The TOSH Fit program is a convenient way for adults to get in the recommended daily 30 minutes of exercise using the TOSH FIT program, especially for those who do not want a typical gym experience.

The TOSH FIT program is designed to help individuals:

  • Build strength
  • Increase cardiovascular fitness
  • Develop a stronger core
  • Lose weight
  • Improve balance

During your second week of training you will be measured for the following:

  • Weight
  • Girth measurements
  • Upper body strength
  • Lower body strength
  • Core strength
  • Power

After 12 weeks of conditioning, the same measurements will be taken again so you can see your progress.


Classes start at 6 a.m. Monday through Friday at TOSH–The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital at 5770 South and 300 in Murray. The classes run every half hour throughout the day. The program costs $60 for 12 sessions.
