Spring roll wrappers

Oil for frying


1 lb ground pork with fat

½ tablespoon granulated garlic

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 cup onions, minced

1/2 cup carrots, minced

1/2 cup cabbage, chopped

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 teaspoons ground pepper

1 tablespoons salt

1/2 cup shrimp (peeled and minced) optional

Combine all the ingredients in a pot and cook the meat until it is done and the vegetables are tender

Turn heat off and add 1 egg and mix well


Part 1

In a large bowl, combine all the filling ingredients then mix well.

Place 1 tablespoon of filling in a line shape at the middle of the wrapper.

Fold over the bottom edge of the wrapper to the center.

Fold the two sides towards the center and roll. Use a bit egg to seal the last edge.

.Repeat until all wrapped up.

Part 2

Heat a skillet and fill with the oil so the eggroll will be half in oil, when the oil is hot place the eggroll in the oil and fry till golden brown turn over and fry till golden brown. Take the eggroll out of the pan and drain it on paper towels serve with a nice sweet and sour sauce.
