Shrimp and Avocado Salsa


  • 4 avocados
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp chopped
  • 1 small bunch cilantro
  • Salt
  • 7 spice/ Asian spice
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Tempura mix
  • Cilantro lime dressing

  1. Dice 1 avocado then add shrimp and juice from 1 lime
  2. Finely chop cilantro reserving some sprigs for garnish then add to mixture
  3. Next season with salt and 7 spice to taste
  4. Mix ingredients
  5. Half remaining avocados and remove peel
  6. Dip avocado in Tempura batter then pan fry
  7. Fill avocados halves with shrimp and avocado salsa
  8. Drizzle cilantro lime dressing over top and garnish with cilantro
