Pork Chili Verde:
2 small diced pork
1 medium yellow onion diced
3 Serrano peppers small diced seeds removed
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 16 oz can crushed Tomatillos
1 TB chili powder
1 TB Mexican Oregano
1 TB Garlic powder
1 tsp ground cumin
2 cups of water
In a medium pot cook off the pork, onions, garlic and peppers then add all the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 1.5- 2 hours, add salt and pepper to your taste.
