Maple Almond Protein Bites
- 1 jar almond butter
- 1/3 C pure maple syrup
- 1/2 C rolled oats
- 1 C primal Kitchen foods vanilla coconut collagen powder
- 1 Tbsp maple sugar
- 2 Tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp almond extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Combine all ingredients one at a time to an electric stand mixer.
- Blend well.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop out each bite and place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Chill for one hour.
- Store in an airtight container for 1 week.
