Healthy Shamrock Shake

Amie Hall was here to show us how to make a healthy version of a Shamrock Shake to celebrate St. Patty's Day without guilt!
Healthy Shamrock Shake
  • 1 whole avocado, peeled, and pitted
  • ½ cup fresh spinach
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior Warrior Blend vanilla protein
  • 6–8 drops monkfruit vanilla liquid sweetener
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
