Egg-less Nog Shake

Egg-less Nog Shake 

Yield: 2 cups

Equipment: High-speed blender

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almonds, soaked and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cold-pressed coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1 cup purified water Ice (optional)

Directions:

1. Put everything in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

2. Drink immediately.
