Dinner Recipe Six: Steak and Sweet Potatoes

Another recipe for the grill! Everything in this meal can be cooked on the grill. No dirty pots and pans... it doesn't get any easier than that!
Bonus: Your man won't stop raving about your grill skills.

Steak with Sweet Potato Saucers and Asparagus


Ingredients:

•2 steaks (or however many you’re trying to feed)
•3 sweet potatoes, sliced ½ inch thick
•1 bunch Asparagus
•½ cup olive oil
•brown sugar
•1 cup white wine
•2 garlic cloves, minced
•Coarse sea salt and ground black pepper

Directions:

1.Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of steak
2.Grill on medium-high as desired
3.Baste sweet potato saucers with olive oil and brown sugar and grill on medium to medium-low heat
4. Cover as asparagus with olive oil and salt and peper
5. Wrap asparagus in foil
6. Grill beside your sweet potatoes on medium to medium-low heat
7.Serve together
