- 8 chicken breasts
- 1 c. honey
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- Melt butter and whip in the rest.
- Cover chicken and bake at 375 uncovered for 45 minutes to one hour.
- Chicken sauce is so yummy you may to double it so you have extra to pour over the rice that you serve with it.
