- olive oil
- red pepper flakes
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut cauliflower into 1/4" pieces and put in a bowl. Coat generously with olive oil. Add crushed pepper and salt to taste. Add 2 tablespoons of garlic. Stir cauliflower and ingredients until cauliflower is coated generously.
Spread garlic on a flat baking sheet. Add red pepper to taste. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 25 mins until cauliflower is tender and golden brown. If cauliflower is not tend and golden brown, broil for approximately 5 mins.
- You can also add fresh grated Parmesan cheese for an extra kick.
