Breakfast Recipe Six: Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are not used as much as they should be. They're becoming more and more popular, you may even be able to find them at your local grocery store. Try out this funky food for breakfast one day. The nutritional value is worth it!

Chia Pudding


•½ cup chia seeds
•2 cups milk (any kind you want… almond milk or coconut milk tastes yummy)
•Vanilla extract


1.Combine chia seeds, milk, vanilla and honey in a bowl
2.Mix until combination begins to thicken
3.Store covered in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours
4.Stir well before serving- add water if too thick
5.Top with chopped almonds and seasonal fruits
*Pudding keeps in the refrigerate up to 5 days
