Baked Brie and Ham Rolls

Baked Brie

  • 1 small Brie cheese round
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 bag chopped pecan pieces
  • 1 box water crackers
  • Spray bottle of water


Preheat oven to 400*. Put Brie round in a round glass pie pan spray Pam and place Brie cheese in center (or any other glass container that has edges to contain the melted Brie as it oozes out). Put in oven for 15 min. When it looks like the side are beginning to bulge (15 min mark), cover with brown sugar and 1/2 bag pecans, and spray with water from spray bottle until all of the brown sugar is wet evenly. Cook for another 10-15 min until the brown sugar is bubbly. Serve with water crackers.

Grandma Max’s Ham Rolls

  • 1 package DELI Ham slices
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 bundle green onions


Dry deli meat with paper towels, spread cream cheese on one side evenly with a butter knife, place one long green onion why the white end sliced on one side (the long end of the green onion will hang off longer than the ham itself). Then roll up one of the short ends to make a tube. Let sit over night if possible this way, and slice fresh the next day to serve. You can do some with onion and some without!
