Utah woman loses 50 pounds with Chest Master program

Lila went from a size 18 dress to a size eight and lost at least ten inches around her waste thanks to the Chest Master Fitness Program.

The programs creator described how it worked with Troy Thompson on ABC4 Utah.  The program includes a series of fitness and nutritional guidelines that promise to be simple and help you shed fat.  The key is a resistance workout using the Chest Master system.
