Despite the third week of April being upon us, the weather calendar says February. Fortunate or not, that won't change until later this week. Snow and rain will cross the state Monday night into Tuesday. While most roads along the Wasatch Front should be wet for the morning rush hour, bridges and overpasses can be icy. Heavy bands of snow will likely set up across the central valleys and mountains into the Uintas during that time. Additional snow and rain showers will greet Wednesday; otherwise drier and brighter weather will return Thursday and Friday. And, it's that combination that will get temperatures back above average. So, when a quick-hitting storm arrives Friday night and Saturday morning, it'll be rain below 7000 feet. Stay safe!
