Bright, Brisk, and Beautiful late summer day!
Wednesday's Pinpoint Forecast: Bright, Brisk, & Beautiful today! The cold front is through most of the state, and colder air is moving into the state. Highs this afternoon will be a good 20-25 degrees colder than yesterday. Northern Utah will mainly be in the 60s to near 70, and southern Utah will be in the 70s and 80s. Northwest winds will pick up to around 20mph by this afternoon. Tonight, the first frost and/or freeze is possible for the Wasatch Back up to Cache Valley. The Wasatch Front will be cool with lows in the 40s, and there is no concern with frost. Tonight, the moon will also be full. Thursday will be absolutely spectacular, sunny, light wind, and highs in the 60s and 70s up north, 80s to near 90 down south. Friday, temperatures will warm back up under sunny skies. Saturday, the last day of summer, will be windy and warm with a late day thunderstorm. Sunday, Autumn arrives at 2:44pm, and it will be cooler and breezy with highs cooling down again.
