Curtis' Monday Pinpoint Forecast

Monday's Pinpoint Forecast: Happy Fall!  Today will be a beautiful day with a mostly sunny sky and light wind.  Temperatures will be in the 60s to low 70s up north, 70s and 80s down south, and 40s and 50s in the mountains.  Tuesday it's back to summer as temperatures climb above average with the help of gusty south winds.  Highs will reach the 70s and low 80s up north, 80s to low 90s down south.  South wind will increase to near 30mph late in the day.  Wednesday, a cold front will move across northern UT in the morning, with light rain developing from Cache Valley down to the Wasatch Front.  Highs will be much cooler, only in the 50s to around 60 up north, but still warm ahead of the front for southern UT (70s and 80s).  Snow levels will start out around 8000' but will drop all the way down to 6500', including Park City.  Mixed rain and snow showers will continue through Thursday, and it might be cold enough for a few wet flakes to mix in with the showers all the way down to the Benches along the Wasatch Front.  Friday, a few snow showers will linger over the mountains, but everyone clears out and warms up for an amazingly beautiful last weekend of September.
Have a great Monday!
