Police search for woman who used stolen debit card 59 times

Salt Lake City (ABC 4 News) This week's Catch a Criminal report includes a registered sex offender and a woman who used a stolen financial card more than 50 times.

Donnie Stephens was on parole when he vanished back in March. The crimes he is accused of include felony, unlawful sexual acts with a minor, and possession of a controlled substance. He was convicted in 2003, served his time, and then disappeared while on parole in March of this year. A warrant for his arrest was immediately issued. The 28-year-old has blonde hair and blue eyes. He's 5'-11" and 210 pounds. He last lived in Kearns, but he could be anywhere in the Salt Lake Valley area. Police say he has several tattoos on his arms and legs and may be driving a black Jeep Cherokee.

And authorities in Washington County and St. George want to find a woman who used someone else's financial card 59 times. Police say the woman who used the card, was with two children when she made several of the purchases. The purchases happened at Home Depot, K-mart, Smith's and other locations in St.George.
