Twenty-year-old Benjamin Rutkowski was also ordered Wednesday to complete a year of probation and pay $760 in fines, according to the Provo Daily Herald.
The Orem resident had pleaded guilty to misdemeanor reckless endangerment. The second defendant, 21-year-old Kai Christensen, is set to be sentenced next week.
