DRAPER, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) - If you're looking for a fun-filled lively time this weekend you may want to head out to Draper Days. It's going on Friday and Saturday in Draper.
"I love it," said Drew Larsen, attending Draper Days.
"It's a lots of fun, it gets bigger and bigger every year," said Amy Wilson, attending Draper Days.
You can bounce around, take the dogs out for a splash, whatever your fancy, organizers claim you'll have a good time.
"The city wants to give back to the community, so it's all provided by the city and so it's a totally free event," said Hugh Hadsock, Draper Days Director.
"You had any of the food yet?" asked Reporter Brian Carlson.
"Yah, we had a ribeye steak sandwich," said Drew Flockhart, attending Draper Days.
"That sounds like it was pretty good," Carlson replied.
"It was really good," Flockhart said.
On hot day like Friday there's plenty of vendors with something wet to cool you down.
"That hits the spot," said Carlson.
And if you stuck around long enough Friday night you got to see a LIVE performance of "Bye Bye American Pie" from singer Don McLean.
"It's really nice to know there's an enthusiasm for my music and I love doing it," said Don McLean.
If you want to come take part in the fun, Draper Days runs all day Saturday and end fireworks Saturday night.
