The suspects are facing felony rioting charges because the they were allegedly fighting near the home in question.
ABC 4 Utah Noah Bond approached the home to ask the owner about the allegations, but was confronted by a woman in the front yard. She swore at him and told him to leave.
Three neighbors told Bond the home at 3918 South 4800 West is a source late night noise and occasional random gunfire. One man agreed to go on camera because he's afraid one of the bullets will hit and kill a child.
"You can hear them all night long over there hoping and hollering and yelling," said Jim Peverelle.
Bond asked, "Several of your neighbors are scared to talk with me on camera. Why are you talking with me?" He responded, "I've dealt with stuff like this in other places and if you don't stand up for what's right, they're going to run you over."
One man was rushed to a hospital with a large cut to his head.
