Masseur's Liscense Suspended Over Sex Allegations

OGDEN, Utah (AP) - State regulators have suspended the license of an Ogden massage therapist accused of sexual misconduct with clients.
OGDEN, Utah (AP) - State regulators have suspended the license of an Ogden massage therapist accused of sexual misconduct with clients.

The state Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing took the action Wednesday against 41-year-old Richard Dwaileebe. He voluntarily surrendered his license the next day.

He's accused of "illegally and inappropriately" massaging the private parts of six to eight clients between 2009 and April of this year.

He had been under contract with New Image Day Spa, which filed a formal complaint about him with the division last month.

Division Director Mark Steinagel says his agency believes Dwaileebe's actions presented an "immediate danger" to the public.

Dwaileebe agreed not to reapply for a license in Utah. He had been licensed since 1999.
