DAGGETT COUNTY, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) - Utah hunter ended up being the one on the floor and fighting for his life rather than the animal he was hunting early Saturday morning.

Bradley Greenwood, 51, killed a Bull Elk that morning but while turning over the animal’s body one of the antlers penetrated his facial area.

Greenwood was able to call for medial assistance as his neck started to swell as he was losing his ability to breath.
Greenwood was located and treated at the area of the incident and then flown to Ashley Regional Medial Center for stabilization and then taken to Salt Lake City for surgery.
