Jordan Loveridge led all scorers in the first half with eight points and ended with 17. He also grabbed 12 rebounds for his fourth double-double of the season and first in Pac-12 play. He also dished out three assists.
Jason Washburn scored 15 points, grabbed eight rebounds and blocked three shots. He also became the 35th player in Utah history to surpass 1,000 points for his career and the first since 2009.
Brandon Taylor finished with 12 points, all on three-pointers, matching a career-high from distance. The freshman entered the contest eighth in the Pac-12, shooting over 40 percent from three-point range. Utah matched a season-high with nine three-pointers for the game.
Jarred DuBois had a splendid all-around game with 15 points, six assists and four rebounds. The last time Utah placed four players in double figures was over a month ago in a win over Colorado. That was also the last time a Ute registered a double-double.
Utah forced the Beavers to commit 15 turnovers and scored 21 points off those miscues. The Utes also shot 50 percent from the floor in the second half and out-rebounded the Beavers, the first time they have done that against an opponent in 10 games
Washburn reached his milestone mark very early in the contest as Utah took a 12-6 lead. After the Beavers closed it to a single possession, Washburn converted two more times for an 18-11 lead.
Utah took its largest lead in the first stanza at 25-17 after a three-pointer by Taylor with 3:20 left. That margin was cut in half by the break as the Runnin’ Utes went into intermission up 30-26.
An 8-0 run by the Utes in the opening stages of the second half pushed the cushion to double figures for the first time, 40-29.
Leading 42-35, Taylor, Justin Seymour and Glen Dean hit consecutive three-pointers as part of a 9-0 Utah run. From that point, the lead never dipped below double figures as Utah coasted to a victory.
Roberto Nelson scored 18 points and Eric Moreland grabbed 11 rebounds for Oregon State (13-17, 3-14), which lost its fifth straight game.
Utah plays its final game of the regular season on Saturday at 12:30 against No. 19 Oregon.
