Price police investigate apparent murder-suicide

PRICE, Utah (ABC 4 News) Police responded to a shots fired call at a Price residence to find two bodies in what they believe to be an apparent murder-suicide.
PRICE, Utah (ABC 4 News) Police responded to a shots fired call at a Price residence to find two bodies in what they believe to be an apparent murder-suicide. 

Police responded to the house on 600 West and 300 South. It was reported that a man called police and told them he shot his wife and was  going to shoot himself. When Price Police arrived, assisted by Carbon County Sheriff's Department, Helper Police and Utah Highway Patrol, attempted to make contact with the man. 

Four children were safely removed from the residence. They were uninjured.

Carbon County SWAT officers entered the residence and discovered the bodies of a 37 year old David Scott  and 32 years old female. The incident is being called a murder-suicide. 

Price Police and the Utah State Medical Examiner's Office is investigating the scene.
