Sandy police say on June 27th the suspect used a cell phone to film a teenage girl inside a dressing room at Forever 21, in the South Towne Mall.
Tonight he's still on the loose and that has parents on edge.
"We try to be careful anytime we go to the restroom or anything, so something like that you wouldn't ever expect anyone to do it and I'd be pretty upset," says father, Jeremy Bryan.
Upset is exactly what the girl’s mother was. When she noticed what was going on, she stepped in.
"She tried to confront him. He pushed by her and walked on away from the incident," says Sergeant, Jon Arnold, with the Sandy Police Department.
Police say the peeping tom was very familiar with the mall as he made his escape. Leading them to believe he may be an employee of one of the stores.
He's described as a white male, 5’ 9” to 5’10”, with a thin build. He was wearing a dark shirt and dark Capri pants.
"This is someone we need to talk to. Make sure this isn't happening again, make sure this behavior stops," says Arnold.
