Salisbury Steak

Chef Ken Kinsey, makes Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak (daily Dish)

3 Lbs ground beef
½ Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ Tbsp. granulated garlic
2 cups panko
3 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Lb. mushrooms
½ large onion, diced

Combine all ingredients and mix well

Form patties with the ground beef mix

Sear patties in a hot pan on both sides

Placed the seared Salisbury steaks on a sheet pan and finish it in a 350° oven for about 25 minutes.
I like to serve this with mashed potatoes or fries with a mushroom and onion gravy.
