Pink Snowball Roll

Chef Thomas Ontko, from Ichiban, makes Pink Snowball Roll
1 roasted banana
cheesecake filling
Pink sweetened coconut flake
Pink soy paper
1 cup sushi rice

Sheet soy paper and sushi rice on it.  Flip the soy paper over so the rice is face down and the paper is face up.  Add the cheesecake filling down the middle and the roasted banana on top.  Roll it up carefully with sushi mat.  The soy paper is delicate and rips easily.  Roll the roll in the sweetened pink coconut.  Cut the roll in to 8 and plate.
