We are making butter with our fresh raw milk from Redmond Heritage Farms. Springtime is the best time of year for high vitamin butter because the cows are grazing on fresh spring greens. Try making your own butter from raw milk and you will enjoy a "real" treat! So good…and so good for you!


Items needed:

2 gallons raw milk

Real Salt

1 large bowl

1 large metal strainer

1 smaller bowl or butter crock

Spatula

High powered blender

Choose raw milk > pasteurized milk

Sprouted grains > refined grains

Naturally colorful food > processed food with food coloring

Real Salt > processed salt
