Ground Chicken Satay

Ground Chicken Satay

1 lbs ground chicken
¼ cup Mae ploy sauce
Salt and pepper to tast2

Mix the ground Chicken and Mae Ploy sauce to gather until mix add salt and pepper to taste.

With a teaspoon, scoop small amounts of chicken mix on to well grease sheet pan. Add small wooden skewers or wooden toothpick to chicken mix to make little oval shape lollipops. 
Bake at 350 in oven for 10 min or until cooked.

You can use the chicken mix to make larger patties for sliders or chicken burgers.
