Curried Chicken Salad Wraps

8 oz. chicken, shredded or chopped
1 cup plain yogurt or mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. curry powder
or 2 Tbsp. red curry
½ cup toasted walnuts, chopped
½ cup dried cranberries
2 med-sized, chopped apples
¼ cup chopped celery, chopped
wraps
romaine lettuce

Combine chicken, yogurt, curry, walnuts, cranberries, apples and celery and mix well. Place a few leaves of lettuce on wrap and spoon on desired amount of chicken salad. Roll up folding thin ends in as you go. Serve
