1 head kale, washed & torn into bite size
1/3 cup cashews, soaked to soften 1-2 hrs.
2 T. lemon juice
3 T. water
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp. Real Salt
¼ cup nutritional yeast
2 green onions, (including the green part)
¼ tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. turmeric
1 clove garlic
black pepper to taste
Wash and tear kale, then set aside. Blend remaining ingredients in a blender. Toss kale and sauce in a ziplock bag and coat the kale evenly. Dry the kale 4-6 hours in a dehydrator (until crispy). Enjoy this delicious savory and crispy snack.
