Yakisoba With Chicken

Chef Ken Kinsey makes a pan fried noodle.
Yakisoba with Chicken
(Pan fried noodles)

1 cup cooked chicken diced
2 cups cooked soba noodles(Fresh, Frozen or dry, follow package instructions to cook noodles, soba noodles are made with buck wheat flour)
1 cup bite size vegetables
1 tablespoon Memmi noodle soup base (get this at the Asian store)
1 tablespoon Mirin
Vegetable oil
Sesame oil.

Put both oil in a hot pan or wok, just enough to saute vegetables

Add vegetables to hot oil and saute until al dente

Add cook chicken till it is heated through

Ad soba noodles and the Memmi and mirin toss all of the ingredients until well combined and heated through. Serve and enjoy

Yakisoba is from Japan it is comparable to Chow Mein in China and Pancit Canton in the Phillipines.
