Raw Banana Bread

Cynthia Sumner, from Happy Healthy Clean Living Cookbook, makes Raw Banana Bread

Raw Banana Bread

2 cups walnuts, ground

1 cup brazil nuts, ground

1 cup steel cut oats, ground*

½ cup rolled oats*

1/3 cups softened coconut oil

1/3 cup pure maple syrup

1½ cups banana

2 tsp cinnamon


Stir until well combined, press into pan and chill. Cut into squares and serve.

*Replace oats with nuts if desired
