Molten Lava Fudge Cake w/ Strawberry Vanilla Bean Crème Chantilly
1 pkg brownie mix
1 cup flour
2 cups warm hot fudge
Mix brownies in bowl as according to the directions on the back.
Add 1 cup of all purpose flour to the mixture.
*This will help the brownies to fluff up
Place in preferred baking pan and cook as directed on the box.
5 minutes before cooking completion remove product from the oven.
*Top crust should be formed and slightly crisp
Take warm fudge in a squeeze bottle and insert the tip into the brownie mix and squeeze fudge into brownie cake.
Place back in oven and finish cooking.
Strawberry Whip Cream:
4 cups heavy cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 fresh vanilla bean, scraped
1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
Remove tops from strawberries and place in blender until finely pureed.
Place strawberries to the side.
Place remaining ingredients into a blender or high speed mixing bowl.
Mix on high until cream starts to thicken and peak.
Pour pureed strawberries into whip cream mixture and blend briefly.
